PROJECT MANAGEMENT LAB
Learn Project Management practically! This is a UNIQUE program which involves working on a dozen Case Study exercises covering all Knowledge Areas. Case Study De-briefing sessions are held to explain Case Study, Activities to perform, Instructions and Templates accompanied by high end lecture imparting Knowledge. Candidates work on Case Studies at their own pace and submit solutions. Detailed Evaluation Scorecards are shared for each activity.
INSTRUCTOR LED ONLINE TRAINING
We offer instructor led live online training. We conduct both open participation programs and also dedicated inhouse training programs.
INHOUSE WORKSHOPS
